Chris Combs joined the cast of 1000 Lb Sisters as a main cast member ahead of Season 3. The show also depicted his struggles in qualifying for surgery. Hence, he and Amy became the only Slatons who have been consistent in their weight loss journey. While their sister Tammy also got the surgery last season, she has failed to lose weight. Many viewers have spotted her with bags of junk food in front of chain fast food restaurants. They suspect it is because of her marriage with Caleb Willingham falling apart. They tied the knot four months ago. Apparently, Chris Combs spoke up about Tammy with his other sisters, Amanda and Amy.
As per a source, Chris has mentioned that his sister Tammy needs to put “more work” into getting healthy. After having a trachea tube around her neck and moving with the support of a wheelchair, she finally started walking after her surgery. Her brother still feels that she needs to step it up now. In fact, he wishes she could build more stamina and hoped she would start consulting a physical therapist. 1000 Lb Sisters fans remain worried, too, as they are sure that the cast member has relapsed. Moreover, she must act quickly so that her progress isn’t wasted.

While the source reported Chris was urging his sister Tammy to get better, he did the opposite a few weeks ago. It turns out that the brother-sister duo was in a Starbucks drive-through to get a drink for the latter. 1000 Lb Sisters fans were surprised when the pictures of the same became viral. Tammy’s drink was heavily infused with chocolate and loaded with whipped cream. At first glance, fans deduced that something like this just couldn’t be healthy. Some fans weren’t at peace and did some more research only to find out that any average chocolate-flavored drink in Starbucks has more than 600 calories.
There were some fans of Tammy who argued that it could be that she was having a cheat day. But others felt they had spotted her too many times with bags of junk food to feel that was the case. Once, she was also spotted outside of Walmart vaping very publically. Fans were concerned yet again as Tammy had landed herself in the hospital a few years ago because of carbon dioxide poisoning.
