Kris Foster always came off a little shady when she appeared on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way Season 4. While everyone was all praise for Jeymi, they disapproved of her wife. At last, she flew back to America for some legal work and refused to return, continuing to extend her stay. While doing so, she also missed Jeymi’s birthday and got confronted by her wife. She wanted to know why Foster wasn’t there for her special day. That’s when Kris said it was because her son Dayne was arrested.
Then, Starcasm revealed that the Alabama court does have a record revealing details about Dayne’s arrest. Apparently, he committed two felonies. One being “possession of a controlled substance.” The second one was for “trafficking fentanyl.” After Kris’ son Dayne ended up posting a bond worth $50,000 and got released on April 30. The records also revealed that he doesn’t have a “public defender” but a “retained attorney” on the list for him.
As per the docket entry, Dayne’s case was part of a District Court at first. Then the grand jury disposed off the case by waving it. Hence, the case will possibly move to the Circuit Court for further proceedings like an indictment and so on. Dayne is currently facing prison time for his actions, but now the laws in Alabama are much stern. After the passage of a recent bill in the stage, a charged individual can now face ten years in prison for possessing fentanyl.

When Kris couldn’t take it anymore, she repeatedly said she was “done.” Foster even called Jeymi “selfish.” She went on to pack her bags and immediately leave from there.
