At Quiz Time, we adhere to legally mandated procedures regarding copyright infringement claims. We have implemented a policy that allows for the immediate suspension and/or termination of any user who is found to have infringed on the intellectual property rights of Quiz Time or a third party, or who has otherwise violated any applicable intellectual property laws or regulations. We take such matters seriously and will investigate any allegations of copyright infringement brought to our attention.
If you believe that your rights or the rights of a third party have been infringed, and you wish to request the removal, modification, or disabling of the infringing material, you must provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address where we can reach you.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
