Carly is treading on choppy water on General Hospital. While at first her decision of keeping the truth about Willow’s bio mom hidden made sense, it doesn’t anymore. In fact, it is getting more and more absurd and dangerous by the hour. If Carly doesn’t see the light on this one soon enough, she will be seeing the consequences instead. Carly’s Twisted Attempts At Hiding Nina-Willow Connection
When Carly first found out about Nina being Willow’s mother on General Hospital, she decided to stay shut over it. She secretly ran a DNA test and then lied about it coming negative to Drew. That was ages ago, and she has been lying to Drew about it ever since. Her logic back then was that Willow is better off without a mother like Nina. A logic based on a comment Willow made in passing. “God forbid my mother turns out someone like Nina”. The story had started and ended there back then as life went on.
However, recently on General Hospital, things became dire when Willow fell sick. So much so, that the expecting mother now needs a bone marrow transplant to fight leukemia. And, for that, she needs a bio relative. Agreed, Carly does not know of Willow’s leukemia but, she can see how hard Drew is striving to find Willow’s family. That has to account for something. How does Carly not realize that the iceberg is always much deeper than it seems? How can she take away Willow’s right to know the truth about her own parentage? That’s just bizarre. Moreover, when the truth comes out that Carly always knew and stood in the way of getting Willow the bone marrow, how will anyone ever forgive her? Nobody would care that she didn’t know about cancer. What will be the consequences?
Carly Loses Right To See Wiley On General Hospital
Carly still holds it against Sonny that he chose Nina over their family on General Hospital. And, she had unleashed hell upon Nina for keeping Sonny away from their family. Isn’t that exactly what Carly is doing right now, with Nina and Willow? Keeping them away from each other. Perhaps, Carly and Nina are more alike than the former would like to believe. Once the truth comes forth, others might believe so too. Carly will have a hard time explaining why she was keeping the truth of Nina being Willow’s mother. The only explanation that she has is so weak that it will not stand ground in front of anyone.
Will Carly face the same consequences for her actions on General Hospital as she touted for Nina? Carly has made is loudly clear that Nina is a terrible influence on little Wiley. Given her scheming, plotting and various other questionable acts. Thus, condemning her from steering clear from Wiley. After Carly’s own treachery gets exposed, she may stand to face the same fate as Nina. Will her family start to see her as a bad influence on Wiley? Is Carly about to get cut out of her grandson’s life? It may seem likely. Besides, a little payback for all the mess she is creating would be fair. What do you think?
