Many castmates from TLC’s Little People Big World ended up quitting the show as the years passed. While LPBW is one of the network’s longest-running shows, a lot of original stars are no longer a part of the series. One of the couples to have done this is Audrey and Jeremy Roloff. It has been six years since they shot their last episode, but it looks like Audrey still has a grudge against the network. She took to her Instagram handle to make a lot of shocking claims. She also admitted that the showrunners made a lot of things up for the sake of views!

Audrey and Jeremy Roloff have a vast social media presence, with more than two and a half million followers on their Instagram handles combined. The couple is no longer a part of the reality TV realm, including some other members of their family who appeared in LPBW. While answering some fan questions, Audrey went on record to reveal a lot of dark things from the time she had to film the show. The young mom said that she and Jeremy couldn’t pursue many “work opportunities” because of their “TV contracts.” Hence, they had a lot of restrictions as reality TV Stars, and she called them “controlling.”
Audrey also voiced the struggles of filming. She admitted that many storylines that became a part of the show “weren’t actually true.” LPBW fans were shocked to see that she, too, hinted that the show was scripted. Many other stars from the TLC network have made similar claims. The ex-castmate went as far as saying that she and Jeremy didn’t like “the pressure” to create or speak to the drama. Audrey also accused TLC of making them “perform for the cameras.” Redoing things and filming to build up a storyline was very hard for her as she was in her postpartum phase after having her first baby with Jeremy, i.e., Ember.
Despite all the subtle digs on the show, Audrey tried to end her post on a good note. She said that her family was “thankful” for the opportunity. But, they were even more thankful that they decided to part ways with LPBW at the right time.
LPBW: Jeremy Also Slams TLC For “Fabricating” Drama!
Audrey Roloff isn’t the only person who came off too strong while slamming the TLC show. Her husband and former LPBW child star Jeremy Roloff also shared his brutal thoughts on why the family quit filming. In 2021, he reflected that it had been 3-4 years since they parted ways from the show. He compared the reality series to an “athlete” who wouldn’t want to hang up the “cleats.” They cause damage to the team and hurt themselves in the “process.”
Ultimately, the show became something Jeremy didn’t want to associate with anymore. He then made a rude statement while taking a dig at TLC. The ex-castmate said that he and his wife, Audrey, had better things to do rather than fabricate drama on TV. This was shocking for the fans, and they instantly understood that the filming had upset many Roloff family members. The common reason is their unhealthy ways of falsifying storylines.
