However, LPBW fans believe that he tried to sound “knowledgeable” without ample information. The 33-year-old celebrity talks about fasting and its advantages with fans. However, some of his followers thought it was “damaging” and “harmful” to the general audience. Jeremy posted another shocking Instagram story about the benefits of fasting. In it, he said that he doesn’t think the body will be entirely well until we understand the body, mind, and soul.
Moreover, the LPBW star continued that all three different metrics are used to determine whether a body is healthy or not. Jeremy further added that they are all interconnected. Undoubtedly, for him, fasting is a healthy practice for the soul. But doing so requires a strong mind, and the body responds by becoming healthy as well. Well, this didn’t go well with fans, who found it too “exhausting” for an unqualified person to talk about such a thing.

The Roloff couple says that they create marketing content, host podcasts, write books, and create resources to help people live better in their annual reports.
