The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, October 6, 2022, revealed the story of Ridge and Taylor. First, we saw Steffy and Thomas rejoice after Ridge arrives in Aspen. Taylor thought Ridge was here because of the kids, but Ridge confessed he was here because he wanted to be with her and spend the rest of his life with her.
Eric and Donna wanted a vacation but learned Ridge had taken the jet to Aspen. Donna informed Brooke, who was upset to hear about Ridge’s sudden plan. Later, Ridge continued to express his love and told Taylor she was not a consolation prize, he wanted to be with her. Could Taylor accept him? Here is all about it.
Taylor & Ridge Have A Serious Conversation
In this episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, we saw Steffy discover Ridge outside their holiday home in Aspen. She was on the phone with Thomas, and he hoped Ridge would realize he was done with Brooke and realize his future with Taylor. Steffy was concerned after her mother’s recent breakdown but hoped for the best.
Meanwhile, Ridge confessed he was here to see Taylor and complimented her appearance. Taylor told him she was here to distance herself from everything. Ridge went inside the house with her and told her that he had missed his life with her. Taylor thought Ridge was here because the kids had forced him to, but Ridge said this was about Taylor.

Ridge was serious; he added he was in Aspen because he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Taylor. Back home, Thomas recalled how furious his father had been after learning Brooke had made the call to the CPS. Previously, we saw the Child Protective Services question Thomas and Douglas. Brooke had denied her role in it, but a recording of the call proved it was her who made the call.
At the Forrester mansion, Eric thought he had not thanked Donna for her gift and suggested leaving for a tropical vacation. However, he found out Ridge had taken the jet for Aspen. Donna wondered why Brooke did not leave with her husband. Speaking of Brooke, Bill arrived at her doorstep. Brooke was anxious because seeing Bill at her house would make Ridge angry.
Ridge Confesses His Love
Later, Bill informed Brooke that Steffy and Taylor were in Aspen to buy his property. Later, Brooke received a call from Donna informing her about Ridge’s jet trip to Aspen. Of course, Brooke was furious to learn that Ridge had left for Aspen to be with Steffy and Taylor.
Meanwhile, Taylor assumed Ridge was in Aspen because he had a huge fallout with Brooke. She told him she did not want to be his plan B. Moreover, she would rather be alone than someone’s consolation prize. Ridge insisted this was not about Brooke or the kids; he was here because he wanted to be with her.
